This time of year is all about open-toe shoes and flip flops, so be sure to keep your tootsies ready for showing off.
❏ Change that next lunch meeting or date for a pedicure! Spend the hour getting the perfect pedi.
❏ DIY Pedicure. You'll need to soak feet, exfoliate, and moisturize. Follow up with a great polish. Make it a girl's night and invite friends over with BYO tools and polish.
❏ Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Slather your feet in your favorite foot lotion or cream and put on socks to keep everything nice and smooth.
❏ If you have a hard time keeping your pedicure updated, use a neutral polish so that the chips are less obvious.
❏ Treat your feet to a soak to sooth them and hasten circulation:
Fill a large bowl with boiling water. Add 5 green tea bags and 3 drops of peppermint oil. When water has cooled, soak your feet for 5 minutes. Pat your feet dry and apply your favorite foot cream or lotion.
